Standard contract terms for tours, packages, and travel services with Colmex Travel Agency.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting a quote, confirming a booking deposit, or joining any excursion organized by Colmex Travel Agency, the traveler acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these full Terms and Conditions.
2. Traveler Responsibilities
- Carry an original, valid passport or government identification at all times during tours and park entries.
- Hold valid international travel and medical insurance throughout the duration of the trip.
- Strictly adhere to safety instructions given by licensed tour guides during outdoor, high-altitude, and trekking routes.
3. Pricing & Payment Methods
Rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) or Peruvian Soles (PEN) as specified. We accept international bank transfers, verified payment gateways, and major credit/debit cards.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any legal claims or disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cusco, Peru.
